A few days ago the Paris Opera Ballet appeared here – when I talked about the reception of their Orpheus and Eurydice (with Pina Bausch's choreography) at this past summer's Lincoln Center Festival in New York. The company also danced Giselle (that French classic dating back to 1841) as seen above. These were some few of the Wilis who did their best to dance Albrecht to death, but failed.
